My Poor Darling

Well things at our house are in limbo right now. Hubby has the flu and has been in bed for several days. Tried going back to work but just made it worse. You know guys sometimes us wives do know best LOL. Like when you are sick and we suggest you stay home one more day. But oh no you guys think you are superman and off you go only to come worse than when you left. Tsk Tsk Tsk.

So loving wife (wonder woman) to the rescue...soup, lots of juice and soft tissues by the bed and peace and quiet. Now was that 2 teaspoons or 2 tablespoons --- oh well 2 tablespoons should keep him asleep for a few hours :-) LOL

LOL, annie - he sounds just like mine! I CANNOT keep him in bed no matter how sick he is! Luckily my guy has about recovered from flu, but now I have it; with a nasty debilitating cough. So our DD has been in limbo for quite a while too.

I am happy to hear you and Angela have relieved you HOH's of the painful duty of disciplining you. That is kind and must cause you great pain (or does it actually avoid pain).

We know you women are strong because you can take the pain of delivering babies, but men are weak, so take care of them.

However, so your two HOH's do not feel guilty because they have not disciplined you when called for, please be good.

I know you are under stress from having your husband's sick. You have my sympathy. However, do not ask you husbands for sympathy over your stress. They may feel compelled then to give you a stress relief spanking, and I gather you two are trying to relieve them of such duties.

Incidentally, the men are probably stronger than you think, or at least they think they are strong. If they feel it is needed, I am confident they will get off of their sick beds to give you a spanking if they feel it is required as part of their HOH duties, or if they feel they have to maintain a facade of being strong and determined enough to serve as HOH no matter what. They know their wives are depending on them, and want their wives to be confident that they are always available, willing, and able to do their HOH duties.
They demonstrated this manly determination in various ways. For instance, when they are sick they pretend they are not, and refuse to go to bed. Even if this risks their health, they are determined to serve you. Please remember this and thank them, even if you preferred they did not feel obliged to make such sacrifices.

Colossians 3:18-25

Proverbs 31: 10-31

An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels. The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain.
